After your consultation, we design a tailored prep plan based on your student’s goals, schedule, and learning preferences. From there, we hand-match them with a tutor from the top 1% of educators nationwide: someone who not only knows the material inside and out but fits your student’s personality, pace, and motivation style.

Our matching process is deliberate and data-informed. We use a combination of factors, including:

Step 3: Intro Call with your Advising Team

Before tutoring officially begins, we schedule a 30-minute kickoff call with your student, their tutor match, and their Educo consultant. It’s our opportunity to “break the ice” and align on expectations, goals, and plan, right from the start.

During the call, we walk through your student’s personalized study schedule, review learning preferences, and establish clear systems for communication and accountability. We also introduce the tools and resources available to support your student’s academic success, and outline how they’ll be strategically used throughout the coming weeks.

With the plan in place and your team onboarded, regular tutoring sessions begin. As tutoring progresses and your team gathers real-time data, the plan will sharpen incredibly. Every session becomes more targeted, focused on exactly what your student needs and why.

After each session, all parties receive detailed notes highlighting key milestones, pacing adjustments, and any areas of concern. To ensure alignment throughout the entire process, we schedule monthly check-in calls with parents, students, and their tutoring team. These conversations help us recalibrate as needed and ensure everyone stays on the same page.
